When Monitor is enabled on an IDV template, the IDV session dashboard will show a summary of the Monitor screening result. The full screening detail (including any hit information) is available in the Monitor dashboard, with a direct link from the IDV session view.
The Monitor screening result affects the IDV session status as follows:
- cleared (no hits, or hits dismissed) → IDV session can reach success.
- pending_review (hits require review) → IDV session status also becomes pending_review until resolved.
- rejected (hits confirmed) → IDV session status becomes failed.
