No — Monitor can be leveraged as a standalone API, but many customers leverage it with Plaid IDV.
It integrates natively with Plaid IDV, allowing you to screen customers automatically at the close of your KYC onboarding workflow.
If you're already on IDV, enabling Monitor is a configuration change, not a new integration. In the Template Editor, under AML Screening on the Setup tab, check Screen customers and select your Monitor program.
