If you are on a Pay-as-you-go or Growth plan, you can update your Billing Contact on the Company Profile page.
If you are on a Custom plan or have downgraded from a Custom plan, you can also update the Billing Contact in the Plaid Dashboard, but the updated contact will not automatically sync to Plaid’s payments portal on Bill.com. If you are no longer able to access Bill.com or need to add an additional user please reach out to your Plaid Account Manager.
