If you are on a Pay-as-you-go or Growth plan, your credit card is automatically billed as soon as your monthly invoice is issued. You can review and update your credit card information on your Billing & Plans page, on the “Payment Info” tab.
If you are on a Custom plan or have downgraded from a Custom plan, you’ll manage your invoices and billing using Plaid’s payments portal on Bill.com. If you need access to Bill.com please reach out to your Company Billing Contact or your Plaid Account Manager.
