If you're a Reseller Partner, the best way to file a support case on behalf of an end customer is through the Reseller Dashboard.
- Navigate to the Plaid Dashboard
- On the Get help page, select Create case
- Choose the appropriate category
- Check the box that indicates you're filing the case on behalf of an end customer
- Select the correct customer from the dropdown menu
Note: This option isn’t available for all support categories. If the checkbox doesn't appear—or if you run into issues—try the alternative method below.
If that flow doesn’t work, you can file a case directly from the end customer's dashboard:
- Go to Manage end customers > Summary
- Select the correct end customer
- You’ll be taken to that customer’s dashboard
- From there, file a case using the standard case submission flow
