This flow requires a purchased support package. Customers without a support package will not see the Plaid-wide incidents option when creating a case.
Eligible customers can file an incident-severity case via the Plaid Dashboard by following these steps:
- Log into the Plaid Dashboard.
- Navigate to Get help.
- Click Create case.
- Select Plaid-wide incidents.
- Set the Issue type to Report a Plaid-wide incident.
- In the case form, choose the level that matches the impact of the incident from the Issue severity dropdown, then add the remaining case details and submit.
