- Include one of the following identifiers, as these are the most important for tracing CRA Consumer Report issues:
- credit_dashboard_user_id – best identifier; directly maps to the user whose report was generated
- user_id (or user_token for legacy integrations)
- request_id
- item_id
- Brief description of the issue – Include as much detail as possible (e.g., which CRA report type was generated, fields missing or incorrect, expected vs. actual values).
- For questions related to recalculations, missing data, or rejected pulls, include the specific user context (user_id or credit_dashboard_user_id).
