Not necessarily. Users will fail the Risk check and overall verification when their session doesn’t meet the Risk Rules configured in the session’s template. Each Risk category/attribute (Phone, Email, Network, Device, Behavior, Stolen Identity, Synthetic Identity, Facial Duplicate) can be configured to accept Low, Medium, or High risk scores. If during an IDV session, one of these categories is scored above the Acceptable Risk Level set for the category, it will fail the Risk check and verification.
