To download your support cases from the Plaid Dashboard, you can follow these steps:
- Log into the Plaid Dashboard: Use your credentials to access your account.
- Navigate to Get help: Open the Get help page in the Dashboard, where your cases are listed.
- Find your cases: Here, you should see a list of your existing cases. You can search or filter the list to narrow it down first.
- Download: Select Download CSV to obtain a copy of your cases. Depending on the number of cases, this may take a few minutes.
