If a user is not seeing a Bank of America business account when connecting through Plaid Link, the most common reason is that they are connecting with a username that is not the main account owner.
If a user is trying to link an account that they have been granted viewing/admin access to or one that they are a sub-account holder for, they will not see that account when linking. Bank of America only allows the username for the main account holder to link business accounts to third-party applications. If a user is connecting with the username for the main account holder, but they are still not seeing the account, please create a Support ticket, and we will be happy to investigate what is happening.
