The transaction data that Capital One provides does not include pending transactions. As a result, pending transactions will not show in API data for those accounts. Transactions for Capital One accounts will surface via /transactions/sync once they post. If your application needs a current-day view of available funds, you can call /accounts/balance/get to retrieve real-time balance information.
