Monitor webhooks are configured in the Plaid Dashboard — not via the API. Navigate to:
Dashboard > Developers > Webhooks
Add or update the URL for your webhook endpoint there. The same endpoint receives both SCREENING: STATUS_UPDATED and ENTITY_SCREENING: STATUS_UPDATED events.
