Monitor’s user interface got a refresh to make case management more efficient and reduce clicks for analysts.
- See relevant cases: Side panel of all hits filtered by assignee and sortable
- Reduce clicks: Clearer summary of a record’s review status and number of watchlist hits
- Easily record decisions: Store rationale in a new review decision widget when clearing or rejecting alerts
- Manage templates: All program templates are still in one spot, but are now clearly organized by individuals and entities.

- Clearer, more compact display of information: More compact display of key information – designed for fewer clicks and scrolls.
- New review decision widget: Widget that stays on screen as you scroll – which means you don’t need to scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page anymore once you’re ready to document and submit your review decision.
