All of the data used for Identity Verification matching comes from trusted sources such as credit bureaus or financial institutions, that have stringent verification requirements to ensure the integrity of that data. None of it is the result of common practices like web scraping, social media scraping, etc, where the information is easily modified by the end-user. All of it is subject to GLBA and DPPA laws that regulate its use case, as opposed to marketing data which can come from unreliable sources. As such, this is data explicitly used for regulatory compliance and anti-fraud. Here are examples of data categories we use:
- Credit bureau records
- Financial institution records
- DMV records
- Check processor records
- Voter registrations
- Property records
- Phone records
