When requesting production access, you’ll select the Plaid products you would like to use. Once production access is granted, you can request to add additional products at any time from your Plaid Dashboard account.
To request a new product click the plus (+) sign in the Products section of the Dashboard sidebar, or select “Add Products” from your Products Settings page. To complete your request, you’ll need to provide details on your use case for the additional product(s), which will be reviewed by our Risk team.
After your use case is reviewed and approved, you’ll be granted immediate production access to the new product(s) if you are on a Pay-as-you-go or Growth Plan. If you are on a Custom Plan, your Account Manager will coordinate granting production access after finalizing your pricing model and updating your contract.
Please note, certain products are only available on a Custom Plan. If you are on a Pay-as-you-go or Growth Plan, you will need to upgrade to a Custom Plan before you can request these products. You can initiate a “Change to Custom Plan” from your Billing Settings page.
