If you wish to reset your password, navigate to the Dashboard login page and select Reset Password.
On the Reset your password page, enter your email address and select Reset password. Plaid will then email you instructions for resetting your password.
If you are not receiving a Reset your password email, then your Plaid Dashboard account is probably unverified. Check your inbox for an email from dashboard@plaid.com
with the subject "Confirm your email":
If you cannot find the above email in your inbox, please login to the Plaid Dashboard and select Click here to resend it:
If you are unable to login to verify your Dashboard account because you have forgotten your password, please contact your Sales or Growth representative for assistance.
